Pauline is a native to Victoria. She graduated from St. Joseph High School in 1987 and Texas A & M University in 1991. In 1998, she left a corporate management position in Houston to return to Victoria and raise her family. Following 2 years as a stay at home mother, Pauline taught alternative education classes with VISD and Victoria College for 6 years before deciding to join her father, Buddy Motley, at the Pooley Team this year. Since returning to Victoria, Pauline has been an active member of St. Francis Episcopal Church, local recreation clubs, and continues to volunteer at her children’s school, Chandler Elementary. She has been a member of the Victoria Board of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, and Texas Real Estate Commission since June of 2007. Although new to real estate, Pauline has shown herself to be a dedicated and qualified real estate professional. Pauline is married to Todd and they have two boys. Gilbert grew up in Lavaca County near Hallettsville and is a Navy veteran. Gilbert is a graduate of the SW Graduate School of Banking at SMU. Gilbert began his banking career with Victoria Bank & Trust in 1964 and retired from banking in 2006 in Jackson County. While in Jackson County, community involvement was always a high priority with Gilbert. Gilbert served as President of the Jackson County Chamber of Commerce for 2 years, served on the board of the Jackson County Hospital District, and is a life long member of the Lions Club. Gilbert has also been a member of the Knights of Columbus for 46 years, of which he served as the Grand-Knight of the Edna Council for 4 terms. His hobbies include golfing, fishing, and hunting, and esp. any event that involves his grandchildren. He always looks forward to his annual hunting trip to Colorado with family members. Gilbert is a member of the Victoria Board of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and the Texas Association of Realtors.
